Sage 'N' Thyme specializes in custom orders. We can customize labels for corporate gifts and presentations, expositions and promotional items, or special events items such as weddings and showers. Labeling is also available for hotel and retail outlets. We welcome large or small orders.
Our minimum wholesale order is $50. All orders should be prepaid. Payment can be made by business check or money order. Please e-mail sgoldkamp@sagenthyme.com for pricing. Include the following information: Company name, delivery address, Tax ID#, telephone number, and name of contact, along with a description of what you would to order and quantity.
For tax purposes, all wholesale orders MUST include a valid Tax ID number.

All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stipulated. Please list delivery addresses on all orders. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All shipping charges are included on an invoice at the time the order is placed, and are dependent upon weight and distance.
Please check all your shipments as they arrive. Report any damage to both UPS and Sage N Thyme. We will reship any damaged items as soon as possible. We will need all documentation, including the notification of UPS in order to file a claim.
All returns must be authorized. Please let us know if there is some reason you wish to return your order. There is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned for reasons other than manufacturing problems or damage in shipment.
